You may, at any time, request a silent appointment. This means that your service provider will keep the conversation to a minimum and allow you to enjoy your appointment in a way that is most relaxing for you
 
Each online appointment requires a 20% nonrefundable deposit, which goes towards the overall service price. In the event that you reschedule your service, the deposit will be applied to the new appointment. If you do not attend the appointment and do not reschedule, the deposit can not be refunded

Each service ticket will be assessed a service fee ($3 for tickets under $100 and $5 for tickets over $100)

We ask that you try and arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time
